Ustad Amanat Ali Khan was a Pakistani classical singer.was born in 1922. famous Patiala Gharana .Soon after the independence he came to Pakistan where he continued his singing, which made him popular not only in Pakistan but the entire sub-continent. His concerts on Radio Lahore became quite popular and he toured the whole sub continent becoming the representative of Patiala Gharana in Pakistan. He was very popular singer .He was honored with the 'Pride of Performance' award form the government of Pakistan. Ustad Amanat Ali Khan died at an early age of 52 years at Lahore in September 1974.
